I think both Ewing and Coleman Collins should be 3rd team. Sean should probably be 2nd team. Also I think that Hodge probably deserves a spot on Third Team and maybe Rashad too. I don't really see how you could argue Ewing over Rashad right now. Both are in slumps, relatively speaking, but I believe Rashad has shown more of an all-around game, even though Ewing is still very good.

What do you think about NCM as a first teamer? I mean he's had some BIG games, but if Maryland hadn't won at dook, he wouldn't be there. I might put him there if they hadn't lost at Clemson and Miami, but you've GOT to consider those games, too.

Caner-Medley is also questionable to me. However he probably does deserve at least 2nd team.

my thing is I think we deserve someone on the first team, but I'm not sure anyone on our team has made a strong enough case...

I don't think NCM should be on the first team -- the knock on our guys last year was "they only finished .500 in the ACC."

So it shouldn't be any different this year. I think McCants is first team, May and Felton 2nd team and Williams third team.

another point, how much press would Jawad Williams be getting as the quiet, gritty, inspirational SENIOR leader that forms the heart of his ACC-leading team despite not putting up the most magnificent stats were he to play a few miles down the road. Me seems to remember Duhon getting an awful lot of play...
