I agree Ferrell's genius is incomparable. He truly has a great deal of musicality, whether it be vocal or cow-bell based. But simply on the merit of meticulously crafted, mindblowing lyrics, I think Tar Heel Hip-Hop wins access to my ears on this glorious day.

you make quite an argument. One is an all time classic, the other is a passing fad. If we actually do it "like we did it back in '93," though, watch out.
